We have two perfect binding lines consisting of 30-comma and 36-comma.
Each binding line has a camera sensor to detect defects in alignment, and size or thickness sensor to detect defects.
We have 6 Heidelberg folding machines and 3 cutting machines to ensure fast and accurate binding.
The finished books are randomly selected and thoroughly inspected by the binding representative.
